Feeling Low, numb can be sensed only when you are really in it. It is very difficult to appreciate from outside as a third person the feelings, the atmosphere, (even as a second person it is difficult) the air of numbness.
What
exactly is the feeling cant be described in words, how precisely it textures,
is difficult to describe unless you have had at least once tasted it.
However
at low, the observation about surrounding becomes fade. The consciousness may
not be sharp sometimes to appreciate the aesthetic view of the site. Though,
the common experiential feeling can be risked to described as something slowing
down the entire processes around your vicinity. World seems to be moving in a
slow motion.
This
surprisingly brings the individual closer to oneself. This way of getting
closer to oneself is very similar to what it feels after little bit of drinking
alcohol which is why its called boozing.
The
delicate difference is when you are low and numb you are still sensible while
in boozing you lost the consciousness of self. The two state of human being are
therefore very close to each other. The individual feels lows, it goes towards
alcohol. It is a very easy job, we are relying then on the chemicals to take
the charge and do not want to struggle with the very basic questions asked to
us by ourself while we are in the state of self introspection. The human
tendency to follow least resistance path works wonderfully well here.
Well
in a nutshell the biasness I have is towards is being continued in the state of
low and struggle rather to go and lost the path which has presented itself by
boozing and forgetting.
Is
feeling low should we practice then to get closer to ourselves. Answer is not
positive.
This
method of getting closer reduces outer body, thereby brings outer and inner
experience closer. If we want to get closer, instead of reducing outer body
other option seems a much better and vice idea. Other idea, what
other idea? Idea to expand inner-self. Idea to increase inner
consciousness.
Thus,
if anyone wants to experience closeness, the better way is expand inner to get
closer to outer rather than feeling numb and shrink the outer space.
While
expanding the inner space the horizon of human mindfulness increases. This has
potential of touching the ecstasy and experience limitlessness. The feelings
which i fail everytime to pen down. Again we are close to ourselves but this
time in fine fettle way, the superior way.
